RUN 10K CLINIC
Looking to push yourself in a group setting through intervals, hills, tempo runs and more? New to interval training and not sure how to incorporate it into your running program? Led by running coach and experienced runner Rabih Majzoub, this clinic is designed to challenge you and get you ready for your 10K race.
What you get:
- 14 week training program (42 organized runs)

WHEN: Tuesdays, Thursdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 8:30am
