RUN 5K CLINIC
This training program teaches you how to safely run a 5K. It is specifically designed for beginner and intermediate level runners who would like to improve their overall health and run a 5K.

- 9 week training program (27 organized runs)

WHEN: Tuesdays, Thursdays at 5:15pm and Sundays at 8:30am

The training program will be shared with all runners at the start of the clinic.
