We can break your bigger goals into smaller goals, so they’re easier to achieve, leaving less chance for discouragement or worse, an overuse injury.
FLEX
The FLEX plan is for those looking for occasional guidance on how to maximize the efficiency of their workouts. The plan includes 1 hour of one-on-one personal training session scheduled at your convenience.
4-PACKS
The 4-PAKS plan includes 4 hours of one-on-one personal training sessions per month. If you are looking to getting started with muscular training, then this plan is for you.
8-PACKS
The 8-PAKS plan includes 8 hours of one-on-one personal training sessions per month. If you are looking to build muscle strength and endurance, then this plan is ideal for you.
