STRIDERZ 2:1 PERSONAL TRAINING PLANS
Working out with a partner can be a great way to stay motivated and make your fitness journey more enjoyable. That's why at Striderz Run Club, we offer two-on-one training sessions for those who prefer to exercise with a partner. By working with a partner, you can push each other to achieve your goals while having fun at the same time. Our personal trainers will assess the needs and goals of both partners in the session, and create a tailored program to ensure that both individuals achieve their maximum results.
BRONZE
The BRONZE plan is for partners looking for occasional guidance on how to maximize the efficiency of their workouts. The plan includes 1 hour of two-on-one personal training session scheduled at your convenience.
SILVER
The SILVERÂ plan is for partners looking to exercise together and includes 4 hours of two-on-one personal training sessions per month. Looking to getting started with muscular training? then this plan is for you.
GOLD
The GOLDÂ plan includes 8 hours of two-on-one personal training sessions per month. If you and your partner are looking to build muscle strength and endurance, then this plan is ideal for you.
PLATINUM
The PLATINUM plan includes 12 hours of two-on-one personal training sessions per month for partners. Looking to maximize your muscular potential? This plan is perfect for you!
