If you are looking to take your running to the next level, the BOOSTER plan is for you. It includes a totally customized run plan, 2 hours of personal training per month to build strength and stay injury free and ongoing direct email access to your coach. This is a great way to hit your next PB!
- Initial Consultation to discuss your goals and running history
- A customized training plan, designed just for you, by your coach
- 3 coached workouts (Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday morning)
- 2 hours of personal training per month either at the gym or virtual
- Regular and ongoing communication, support, feedback and guidance from your coach
- 1 monthly virtual one-on-one meeting to analyze your progress and update your training plan
- 1 Striderz workout tee if you commit for 3 months or more
