Striderz Run Club offers two types of run training programs: Run Clinics and Run Training Memberships. The run training memberships offer personalized run training plans just for you and your race distance.
STRIDERZ RUN CLINICS
Are you looking to train for an upcoming race? Or are you looking to improve your speed or to become more consistent? The STRIDERZ RUN CLINICS help motivate and educate the running community, through a welcoming environment that encourages runners of all levels to unleash their potential and to reach their goals.
5K CLINIC
Build your endurance and find your stride. The 5K Clinic is specifically designed for beginner and intermediate level runners who would like to improve their overall health and run a 5K.
10K CLINIC
Want to push yourself in a group setting through intervals, hills, tempo runs and more? This 10K Clinic is designed to challenge you and get you ready for your 10K race.
HALF MARATHON CLINIC
Get ready for your next half marathon race with the Striderz Half Marathon clinic. It is great for anyone who wants to complete their first half-marathon or improve on their previous half-marathon times.
FULL MARATHON CLINIC
Looking for the challenge of a full marathon? We’ve got you covered with specifically designed training program for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners.

The STRIDERZ MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS offer PERSONALIZED training plans designed to get you to the starting line feeling better than ever. They are completely customized to YOUR fitness level, injuries, background, goals and life schedule. They run throughout the year so you can join at any time.
CRUSHER
Take your performance to the next level! The CRUSHER training plan includes a totally customized plan and ongoing direct email access to your Striderz Coach. You will get a race day plan, fuelling tips and more!
BOOSTER
The BOOSTER plan includes a totally customized run plan, 2 hours of personal training per month and ongoing direct email access to your coach. This is a great way to hit your next PB!
BOOSTER PLUS
Unleash your full potential in your next race. The BOOSTER PLUS includes a totally customized run training plan, 4 hours of personal training per month and ongoing direct email access to your coach.
