STRIDERZ SPEED WORKOUT - TRIAL SESSION

Switch up your running routine and challenge your endurance in this trial speed workout session on July 9.

We’ll begin with a 10-min warm-up followed by 2X 100m strides. We’ll then progress to the main speed workout, which is a  1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 min pyramid speed @ 10K race pace with a 90 secs recovery in between intervals. We will wrap up the workout with a 5-min easy jog, to bring your heart rate down.

Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of their pace or fitness level.
