BMO Race Clinic
Get ready for the BMO Marathon or Half Marathon with Striderz Run Club! This program is designed for runners aiming to complete or improve their marathon or half marathon performance. All training is personalized to your current fitness level and adaptable as you progress. Your coach will reach out to understand your goals and design a plan that works for you.
Note: Striderz Run Club is not affiliated with the BMO Marathon events. This program is purely a training clinic to help you prepare for race day.

- When: Tuesdays 6:00 PM, Thursdays 6:30 PM, Sundays 8:30 AM
- Where: Tuesdays & Sundays: Olympic Village Square; Thursdays: Memorial Track
