Striderz has evolved from a social run club and run training, to an all encompassing fitness club since starting in 2019.

Our Run Meeting Point

We meet every Thursday at 6:30PM, Friday at 6:00AM and Sunday at 8:30AM for social runs.
We meet in the square in front of Tap & Barrel, Olympic Village.


Rabih has certifications with the BCRPA (BC Recreation and Parks Association) and ACE (American Council on Exercise). The BCRPA allows Rabih to work within any facility owned by the BC Recreation & Parks Association such as community centres. The ACE certification is recognized worldwide meaning you can be assured you’re working with someone that has received proper training as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Rabih is currently working on his running coach certification.
Rabih was nominated for the top fitness award in 2021 and 2022. He also trained the Radio Canada team for their virtual Sun Run in 2020.
Rabih is currently working within various gyms as an independent personal trainer, while overseeing running memberships every season.
