Thank you for choosing Striderz for your fitness journey. We are committed to providing top-quality training programs and services to our valued clients. Please take a moment to review our refund policy, which outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations across our various training programs.
CANCELLATION POLICY - RUN TRAINING PROGRAMS
At Striderz, we value your commitment to our Run Training Program and understand that circumstances may necessitate cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Full Refund for Early Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within the first week of the first scheduled session will also receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund for Mid-Term Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within two weeks after the first scheduled session will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund for Late Cancellations:
- No refunds will be offered for cancellations made three weeks after the first scheduled session.
- Subscription Cancellations:
- For monthly Track Workout and personalized run training subscriptions, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
CANCELLATION POLICY - STRENGTH TRAINING & GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
At Striderz, we understand that life can sometimes lead to schedule adjustments. To provide clarity and transparency, we've established the following cancellation policy for our Strength Training and Group Fitness Classes:
In-Person Training (1:1 and 2:1 Training Plans):
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one session.
Monthly Membership Plans (4-PACKS, 8-PACKS, 12-PACKS, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM):
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Virtual Training (1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training Sessions):
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled virtual session will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled virtual session will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one session.
Virtual Training Packages (Discounts for Multiple Sessions):
- Refunds or rescheduling for virtual training packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY - YEARLY MEMBERSHIP
We value your commitment to Striderz Yearly Membership and understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your membership. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have updated our cancellation policy as follows:
Cancellation within 1 month of Membership Start Date:
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within one month of the Membership Start Date.
Cancellation between 2 and 3 months of Membership Start Date:
- Cancellations made between two and three months after the Membership Start Date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation after 4 months of Membership Start Date:
- Cancellations made after four months from the Membership Start Date will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@striderz.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
