WHEN: Group training sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM, as well as Sundays at 8:30 AM. If you'd like to join the group for training, we’d love to have you!

    * If the Richmond location is more convenient for you than Vancouver, feel free to join the run crew at Minoru Park, Richmond every Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
