Train together and get stronger with a partner! Our in-person sessions are designed for runners who want to share their training journey while building strength, improving form, and preventing injuries. Partnered sessions let you motivate each other, push safely, and make workouts more fun.

Held at a gym in Vancouver on Main Street, sessions are available every Tuesday and Friday, with times scheduled to fit your availability. Your personal trainer will reach out to find a session time that works for both partners.

Whether you’re training for a 5K, half marathon, or marathon, each session is tailored to your running goals and abilities. Working with a partner adds extra accountability, encouragement, and a bit of friendly competition — all while helping you run stronger and recover faster.

Join a supportive environment where you can move, lift, and train together — the perfect way for Vancouver runners to stay consistent, enjoy every session, and reach their running goals.
