Personal Strength Training – Solo
Stay strong, prevent injuries, and improve your running with strength training tailored for runners. Our in-person sessions take place at a gym in Vancouver on Main Street, focusing on the muscles that matter most to your running, helping you enhance form, endurance, and overall performance.
Sessions are held every Tuesday and Friday, with times based on your availability and available slots. Your personal trainer will reach out to schedule a session that works best for you.
