Sessions are held every Tuesday and Friday, with times based on your availability and available slots. Your personal trainer will reach out to schedule a session that works best for you.

Whether you’re training for a 5K, half marathon, or full marathon, each session is customized to your level and goals. With hands-on guidance and practical exercises, you’ll build strength that makes every run feel easier and safer.

Join a supportive environment where you can move, lift, and train at your own pace — all designed to help Vancouver runners run better, recover faster, and enjoy every step.
