Striderz Virtual Personal Training allows you to train with one of our top coaches from wherever you are on this planet. Whether you’re training in your living room, a garage gym, your back yard or really anywhere, you’ll be able to benefit from the expertise and motivation that comes with having you’re own personal trainer.

Whether you’re looking to start a new fitness journey, incorporate personal training into your running regiment, run a marathon, elevate your overall fitness, gain strength, drop body fat or gain lean muscle, our Striderz personal trainers will get you there.

The virtual plan includes:

  • 1 hour of 1:1 or 2:1 personal training session that fits your schedule via Google Meet
  • Customized training program built just for you and your goals
  • Mix of exercises designed to maximize the efficiency of your training
  • Constant support and feedback to ensure you stay motivated and on track to success

We start by getting to know you. We’ll talk through your fitness history and understand YOUR fitness goals. We will help you with breaking your bigger goals into smaller goals, so they’re easier to achieve, leaving less chance for discouragement or worse, an overuse injury. 

Once we understand your goals, we work together on building a customized training program that fits YOUR needs and YOUR time, based on the equipments you have available. The program will feature a mix of exercises designed to maximize the efficiency of your training and to ensure you never get bored.

How do I schedule my personal training session?

Once you purchase a personal training session please send an email to info@striderz.com with your availabilities.

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You can cancel your membership before the start of the new billing cycle. To do so, log into your account, click on Manage Subscription and then click on Cancel My Subscription.

Can I carry over unused sessions to next month?

Unfortunately, you can't. You must use all the monthly sessions within the current month.
