Are you looking to train for a specific race or goal? The CRUSHER training plan includes a totally customized plan and ongoing direct email access to your Striderz Coach. You will get a race day plan, fuelling tips and more!

  • Initial Consultation to discuss your goals and running history
  • A customized training plan, designed just for you, by your coach
  • 3 coached workouts (Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday morning)
  • Regular and ongoing communication, support, feedback and guidance from your coach
  • 1 monthly virtual one-on-one meeting to analyze your progress and update your training plan
  • 1 Striderz workout tee if you commit for 3 months or more

* For Subscribe And Save: Your membership will auto renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can modify or cancel your plan at the end of each billing period.

Does my subscription auto renew at the end of my billing cycle?

If you select the Subscribe And Save option, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel or modify your membership before the start of the new billing cycle. To do so, log into your account, click on Manage Subscription and then click on Cancel or Modify My Subscription.
