The FLEX plan includes:

  • 1 hour of 1:1 personal training session at a private gym that fits your schedule
  • Initial assessment and analysis (if required)
  • Customized training program built just for you and your goals
  • Mix of exercises designed to maximize the efficiency of your training
  • Constant support and feedback to ensure you stay motivated and on track to success

This plan is perfect for those who prefer to work alone at the gym but are looking for occasional guidance from our personal trainers on how to get started or how to maximize the efficiency of their workouts.

We start by getting to know you. We’ll talk through your fitness history and understand YOUR fitness goals. We will help you with breaking your bigger goals into smaller goals, so they’re easier to achieve, leaving less chance for discouragement or worse, an overuse injury. 

Once we understand your goals, we work together on building a customized training program that fits YOUR needs and YOUR time, based on the equipments you have available at your gym. The program will feature a mix of exercises designed to maximize the efficiency of your training and to ensure you never get bored.

    Whether you’re looking to start a new fitness journey, incorporate personal training into your running regiment, run a marathon, bike to Whistler, hike Mount Baker or improve your lifestyle, our Striderz personal trainers will get you there.

    How do I schedule my personal training session?

    Once you purchase a personal training session please send an email to with your availabilities.

    Can I cancel my membership?

    Absolutely. You can cancel your membership before the start of the new billing cycle. To do so, log into your account, click on Manage Subscription and then click on Cancel My Subscription.

    Can I carry over unused sessions to next month?

    Unfortunately, you can't. You must use all the monthly sessions within the current month.
